Shipments and returns
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

In case you are not available to accept delivery, our carriers will leave a card with you to arrange a re-delivery. Please arrange this within 14 days, otherwise the parcel will be returned to us and we will make another charge to resend.
Please ensure you are available to receive your order on the day of your doorstep delivery, we will message in the morning on the day your order will arrive.
In the unlikely case of non-receipt or a damaged delivery, please report to use within 14 days of placing your order, otherwise we are unable to raise a claim with our carriers.
